To use the clamp, simply place the bottom area of the penis between the two foam pads, adding pressure to the urethra to control urine flow. The five adjustable settings allow users to select the most comfortable pressure point for use. To urinate, simply release the clamp; or, if you self-calf, release the clamp and follow your normal self-calf directions.
Choosing the Right Size Cunningham Incontinence Clamp
The Cunningham Incontinence Clamp is available in two (2) sizes: regular and large. Choosing the correct size offers the best, more effective results. To choose the size best for you, slightly compress the penis between the thumb and forefinger around the urethra area, applying just enough pressure to stop urine flow, and then measure from side to side.
If your measurement is more than 2", choose the large clamp.
If your measurement is less than 2", choose the regular clamp.
