ElderStore® was started in the spring of 2001.  ElderStore® was created because of the needs of the owner's parents and other elderly relatives.  We can relate and empathize with many of our customers as they go through the process of caring for their parents or other loved ones and wanting to provide anything that will be of help. 

Our aim is to offer products that help retain independence and dignity.  Anything that can aid someone to be able to "do it themselves" is what we attempting to achieve with our product selection.

The response we have received from our customers has been tremendous and heart warming.  Towards this end, we employ people who take pride in filling orders quickly and accurately.  At time mistakes do happen and when they do we try to correct the error quickly, politely and with our apologies.

ElderStore® only accepts orders from browsers which communicate through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.  We do not store or keep credit card numbers.

SSL technology provides a secure environment for up to 128-bit key length encryption when transmitting your information.  All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
