Assembly instructions for Fold and Go
Adult Three Wheel Bike
1. Remove tricycle from box
2. Remove all packaging and inspect for damage.
3. Insert front wheel into fork
Assemble as follows
A) Insert wheel into fork
B) Insert safety washer into hole in fork
C) Place round axle washer next to safety washer
D) Tighten axle nut on both sides of wheel
E) Push on black plastic axle nut caps
4. Attach front fender brace
5. Insert handlebar stem into fork and tighten lever on top of stem
Note - important: Handlebar stem is marked with a minimum insertion mark
6. Insert seat post into frame
Note
important: seat pole is marked with a minimum insertion point indicator
7. Install rear basket
A) Put basket bolts thought basket and frame and tighten nut on bottom of bolt
8. Check air pressure in tires
A) Air pressure is marked in side wall of tire
9. Inspect for safety before riding
A) Brakes - check to make sure they stop properly
B) Handlebar stem and handlebar - make sure they are tight
C) Seat and seat post - make sure it is tight
D) Nuts on all three wheels are tight
E) Check pedals to make sure they are tight
Trouble shooting
Front brake is not stopping properly
A)
Check brake pad to rim clearance
B)
Check to see if brake center bolt is too tight
C)
Check to see if cable moves freely through the housing
D)
Check to ensure brake handle does not bind
Head Set (Too loose or too tight)
A)
Loosen top nut, tighten or loosen cone by hand, retighten top nut with wrench
Rear wheel does not spin well
A) Nut on the out side of wheel is too tight and
is binding bearing, loosen outside nut slightly
