Self leveling adaptive utensils keep the spoon bowl or fork tines level - reduces spills

The swivel mechanism of these special needs utensils is engineered to stay level for those with a shaking hand or a tilted wrist and is very beneficial for individuals with tremors. The swivel prevents excessive rotation or swing. These swiveling utenils are also suited for those with poor grasping abilities.

The bowl of the spoon and the tines of the fork are made of stainless steel and mounted in a special grip designed to allow maximum user control with minimum effort.

The utensils are dishwasher safe.

The fork is 7.5" long with the tines portion of the fork being 2" long, the actual fork tines are 1 3/8". The Spoon is 8 " long with the bowl being 2.25" long and 1.5" wide.  

Note: this is a large spoon, more a Tablespoon size than a teaspoon.
