Return Policy
If your ElderStore® purchase fails to meet your
expectations (for any reason) return your item(s) within 30 days of
delivery, and you will receive a full and prompt refund of the merchandise
purchase price. Please call (888) 833-8875 for a Return Merchandise
Authorization number.
Include your packing slip
marked with your RMA number for proper credit as well as marking the
RMA number on the outside of the box.
Some items that due to
hygienic reasons are not returnable, or returnable only if unopened such as
eating utensils, or incontinent products.
All items must be returned
undamaged in their original undamaged product packaging materials.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be issued a credit
through the charge card used to purchase the product or in some instances you
will be issued a check for the amount of the purchase price. Clearance and
sale items are not returnable.
*Items that are marked as non-returnable due to
hygienic reasons are not returnable if opened from their packaging. If
unopened, they are returnable.
