- The pouches stay in place via an adhesive strip that secures the pouch
inside your regular underwear.

Directions for use:
- Remove paper from the adhesive strip.
- Attach the pouch to your underwear with the sticky side facing front.
Make sure the opening faces up.
- Pull up your underwear and place your penis in the pouch.
