Return Policy
If your ElderStore® purchase fails to meet your
expectations, most items, if returned within 30 days of delivery,
will be eligible for a full and prompt refund of the merchandise
purchase price. Click on Home > click
Customer Service Tab at top of page > click Return Requests on left
menu. Or, if unable to complete on line, call 1 (888) 833-8875 for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number.
Please include your packing
slip marked with the RMA number for proper credit.
Some items, due
to hygienic reasons are not returnable, or returnable only if
unopened such as eating utensils, or incontinent products.
All items must be
returned undamaged in their original undamaged product packaging
materials. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. You
will be issued a credit through the charge card used to purchase the
product or in some instances you will be issued a check for the
amount of the purchase price. Clearance and sale items are not
returnable.
